The available delivery methods will be offered to you upon validation of your order. We work with Colissimo, Fedex and DHL depending on the country of delivery.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund for the product(s) ordered that were not satisfactory for you. Any product that is opened, damaged, used, bears marks, has been modified or is not returned in its original packaging is not subject to the right of withdrawal. Please note that personalized products can not be exchanged or refunded.

Each order is packaged in a branded, colored, and luxurios gift box (samples set and samples orders are not eligible). However, personalized messages are not yet available on our website.

FLORA and HAIKU

We are Floraïku Paris, a French perfume house passionate about Asian culture and its sense of refinement, using its olfactory know-how to create unique fragrances. They are named after haikus, which are small 3-verse poems written by the brand’s co-founder, who is also a poet. Haikus, originally from Japanese literature, travel abroad thanks to the magic of words and poetry, to be shared universally and to bring people together. The haiku specific to each perfume gives its character. Then, each fragrance belongs to one of our 3 collections, that pay homage to different ceremonies part of Asian culture, where flowers, teas and incenses play a major role. Floraïku fragrances are composed in the same way; a short formula showcasing precious natural ingredients. 

Clara and John Molloy founded Floraïku Paris  in 2017. A trip to Japan, the encounter with a culture and an approach so delicate and respectful of nature - which resonates all the way to literature and the arts - convinced them to initiate a new brand, after Memo Paris , created in 2007. Their experience as a perfume house, combined with this desire to unite different voices, from Paris, the cradle of perfume design, to Asia, the heart of refinement, won them over. An openness to the world that resembles them: she, born in Paris, literature lover, herself author of haikus; he, Irish by birth, curious globe-trotter, who previously worked for Kenzo Fashion in Paris for 5 years.

Cards issued by banks outside France must be international cards. When paying by credit card, you will need to fill in the following information: card type / card number / expiration date / cryptogram number.

We only accept one payment method per order. If you wish to use several payment methods, we invite you to place several orders.

Custom taxes may be applied by our carriers during the receipt of your package. Please note that these potential extra charges are not include in your order.

You can pay your order in the currency of the site. We do not accept payment in any other currency. If you have any fees applied by your bank, they will be charged to you. 

For reasons of aesthetics and environmental improvement, we have decided to develop a new packaging. Since we are in the middle of a transition, you may receive the previous version of this one.

Floraïku Paris is transforming its bento box, now made entirely of paper, in an approach that is more in line with environmental protection and without losing any of its charm. Dressed in blue and decorated with golden flowers, it elegantly reveals each perfume coiled in an orange case. Just pull the little ribbon to bring the bottle and refill vial to you. A box that contains the entire Floraïku Paris universe: once opened, the yōkai cat that adorns the Parisian boutique on rue Bayard, and recalls the fantastic creatures typical of Japanese tradition, welcomes you. And the bottle caps, which transform into travel-sized perfume to take with you everywhere, have all adopted their new inviting graphic motifs.

Floraiku Paris products are manufactured and tested to avoid the risk of allergy.

All the ingredient lists of our fragrances are physically available on the bottom of the box and on the sample cards. The ingredient lists are also available directly on our website, on all our product pages.

Floraiku Paris products are subjected to numerous and rigorous tolerance tests at all stages of development and meet the most stringent international standards, in order to eliminate any substance with allergenic or irritant properties. However, in the case of discomfort or intolerance, we invite you to contact our Customer Service.

The amount paid for the samples is a processing fee, as mentioned on the product page. A processing fee of 8.50€ is charged for all orders under 50€.

If you wish to purchase a product that is currently unavailable on the website, you may be able to find it in a store. Please consult the Store Locator to find the nearest point of sale.

We are unable to authenticate your Floraiku Paris perfume Floraiku Paris based on the lot number or photos of the perfume. However, if you provide the name and place of purchase (or the name of the website), we can confirm whether the store is an authorized retailer of our fragrances, the confirmation of which guarantees an authentic fragrance purchase.

The shelf life after opening of our products is available on the label under the box and expressed in months. The shelf life of a Floraiku Paris product after opening is usually between 12 and 24 months (*there may be exceptions) 

Keep your Floraiku Paris perfumes in the best possible way by following these tips:

- Keep the bottle closed until the first spritz  

- Store your perfume in a dark & dry place 

- Avoid storing your perfume in the bathroom

- Keep the bottle sealed when not in use

- Avoid excessive shaking of the perfume bottle

- Maintain a constant temperature

In constant improvement of our customer experience, the coloring of some of our fragrances were reworked in order to be more uniform with the rest of the collection. Please note that the change in the color of the juice did not affect the smell, the long lasting and the wake of our fragrances. 

In order to respect European standards and legal requirements, some reformulations may occur on some of our fragrances. Please note that no reformulations made on our fragrances have effected the scent, longevity, power and sillage of the perfumes.

At Floraïku Paris, none of our products, nor the ingredients that compose them, are tested on animals.  We follow the EU regulations in force.

The vast majority of Floraïku Paris perfumes are vegan and we are working to make them all vegan in the future. Some of the fragrances contain non-vegan ingredients such as honey for example. The Floraïku Paris glass bottles are made in France. Our bottles are reusable and refillable, our refills allow you to refill and reuse your bottles over and over again!

Our fragrances bottles made of glass can be sorted and recycled as long as the caps are removed first.
