Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the last item of your order.

Please note: for health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (such as opened fragrances or cosmetics), as well as personalized items (for example, engraved products), may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal. Your request will still be received, and we will confirm the eligibility of your order with you.
